EFFICIENCY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT

One of the most important things you can do for your heating and air conditioning system is to have an annual professional cleaning to maintain the efficiency and extend the life of your system. Join our Efficiency Maintenance Agreement (EMA) program for an annual cleaning with a 15% discount on repairs and no overtime charge with 24 hour service.

We agree to provide you with a complete professional cleaning annually or semi-annually as described below for your heating and or air conditioning equipment during the terms indicated.

Professional Cleaning Procedure Includes:

Thorough cleaning of your system

Chemical wash of indoor coil

Cleaning of blower and assembly

Heat exchanger cleaning

Cleaning of condensate drain

Chemical wash of outdoor coil

Cleaning of fan motor and cabinet

Waxing of outdoor unit

System operation check

Amp and voltage check with electrical connection

Lubricate motors

EMA Scheduling:

An EMA includes 2 free tune-ups which are every six months. Reminders are mailed in the first week of each month a tune-up is due. We provide annual and monthly pricing based on unit type including heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioning units, oil furnaces, humidifiers and electronic air cleaners. Prices are listed on the agreement form which is linked below.
